Frank studied Economics at UC Davis, which led him on an 18-year journey of management in finance and real estate. Frank takes pride in his proven track record of success, which comes from his hard work and dedication that have earned him numerous accolades and accomplishments in the financial market.
His comprehensive background in advanced financial advising, specifically tailored to the real estate industry, ensured that his clients received a complete home purchase and mortgage solution to meet their long-term goals and needs. He prioritizes education and proper consulting throughout the entire process, building strong business relationships based on trust and quality service.
Frank’s high energy leadership has consistently increased company referrals and community engagement, making him an innovative executive and company development expert.
In his prior position, he co-founded Nation Wholesale Lending. Alongside his business partner, Anthony Rahimi, they successfully assisted over 7,000 clients with more than $2.5 billion in residentials loans.
Frank is excited for this new challenge of assisting families lowering their carbon footprint and energizing their home with the purchase, finance or lease solar.

With a comprehensive background in advanced financial advising tailored to the real estate industry, Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Solar Innovation. His passion for helping people has been the driving for behind his successful career.
Before assuming his current positions, Anthony played a pivotal role as President of Nation Wholesale Lending, where he was instrumental in building and developing the company. Under his leadership, the Nation Wholesale lending served over 7,000 clients and facilitated more than $2. 5 billion in residential lending.
As the CIO, Anthony’s expertise plays a crucial role in collaboration with our contract solar partnerships. He is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the customer experience, ensuring that Solar innovation continues to provide exceptional service to our valued clients.
Driven by his passion for sustainability, Anthony is committed to assisting clients near and far energize their homes, lower their carbon footprint, and build a sustainable future.
Ernesto Olivares
Chief Operations Officer
Ernesto holds a bachelor’s degree of Science in International Logistics from San Francisco State university, which he has applied to over 25 years of business operations experience. He has contributed his expertise to companies like Anheuser Busch/InBev, Crystal Geyser Water Company, and Tricor Braun. Ernesto’s most recent position was Western Regional Director of Operations for MedShare International, providing quality medical supplies and equipment to over 113 countries and territories worldwide.
Ernesto’s motivation lies in bringing value to all operational systems. His focus on operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvements ensures that Solar Innovation delivers above and beyond customer satisfaction and service to all clients.
Sammy Mickens
Chief Relations Officer
Before taking on his current role, Sam excelled in the real estate industry, where he led a successful Real Estate Brokerage. His expertise in negotiating and arranging transactions, along with a keen eye for real estate contracts and overseeing agent dealings, set him apart.
As the Chief Relations Officer Sam’s primary focus is on driving our business forward. He is relentless in identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong connections with potential customers and partners.

Joe’s academic journey took him through UC Davis and Penn State University, where the latter focus was on Organization Leadership. As a guiding force behind the company’s strategic direction and growth, Joe is committed to propelling Solar Innovation to new heights.
With a diverse background spanning 25 years in sales and operations, he brings a wealth of experience from the Software Business Solution, Direct To Consumer Wine Logistics, and Insurance/Personal Risk Management industries.
In his most recent role, Joe Served as the Personal Lines Manager for a prominent Northern California Agency. He expertly managed all aspects of the agency’s Joint Venture and referral partnerships, as well as leading the Sales and Account Management teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Now, as Chief Revenue Office, Joe is eager to expand Solar Innovation’s markets in California and beyond. With a strategic vision and passion for sustainable energy, he is determined to make a lasting impact on the world.
